Birthday Parties
Our Birthday parties are a great way to celebrate your child’s special day. We offer both swim and gymnastics themed birthday parties. Please read on to learn more about our swim and gymnastics parties.
SWIM Birthday Parties:
We offer two hour parties on Saturdays and Sundays. The children spend 45 minutes in our indoor heated pool -always under the supervision of a lifeguard. The pool will be the setting for fun and games and of course swimming. Once the children get out of the pool, each child will receive two quarters to take use in our video arcade. Once everyone has finished their game, the party host/ess will take the children to a private party room where refreshments will be served and gifts can be opened at this time.
Koinonia will provide popcorn, soda & balloons, as well as use of our refrigerator and freezer. Each child will also receive a prize at the end of the birthday party. (* Please lets us know if your child or any of your guests have an allergy to latex as the balloons we supply are latex balloons.) If you have a special theme or your own decorations that you would like to bring, please let us know ahead of time. Parents need to provide their own paper goods, birthday cake and any other refreshments they would like to serve.
Each child in attendance will also receive a FREE swim pass, to come back to Koinonia and swim during any of our open swim times. A value of up to $72.00!!
COST:
$150 for up to 12 children. $5 per additional child over 12. A late charge will be applied for all pareties running over their allotted time.
* A non-refundable deposit of $60.00 is required to reserve your desired day and time for your party. This deposit is deducted off the total cost of your party and the balance due is expected to be paid in full on or before the day of your party.
