$55 + tax or $10.00 Walk-in fee
All classes meet in the field unless there is inclement weather, in which case, class will be held at 6:30-7:30 in the gym.
Boot Camp is a high intensity outside workout that includes the following:
Running- and lots of it!
Jumping- Hurdles, Cones, etc.
Crawling
Drills- Some may require you to work as a team.
Strength training- Pushups, crunches, etc.
You may get dirty. Dress accordingly.
